Thank you for visiting and shopping at nomnomuae.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time

 

All orders for Nom Nom boxes close on the 14th of each month for that month's order. Any other orders received after the 14th of each month are automatically processed for the following month's shipping. Nom Nom boxes orders are shipped and delivered on the 28th of each month, we deliver to all areas of the UAE: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Our courier will contact you by phone on the day of delivery to confirm your address and that you'll be home to receive your delivery. Should you not be home, we can organize for your purchase to be left in a safe and secure location, such as with a security guard or neighbor. We prefer not to leave packages at your front door due to safety and hygiene.

Our products are transported in a cooling van to ensure integrity and safety of our treats.

 

Unforeseen Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

 

nomnomuae.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Curbside Pick

 

We offer curbside pick from Jumeirah Village Circle for FREE. Customers can pick the box on the 28th between 2pm and 5:30pm, we will contact the customers to confirm pick up time.

Damages

 

nomnomuae.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

We currently do not ship outside the United Arab Emirates
