Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping at Nom Nom UAE! Below are the terms and conditions that govern our shipping and delivery process.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Shipping Schedule

  • Limited Edition Treat Box Orders:
    • Orders close on the 14th of each month for that month's shipment.
    • Any orders placed after the 14th will be scheduled for delivery in the following month's cycle.
    • Limted Edition Treat Boxes are shipped and delivered on the 28th of each month.
  • Other Orders:
    • Regular treat and meal topper orders are processed based on availability and are shipped between 1 and 3 buisness days.

We deliver across all Emirates in the UAE, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.

Delivery & Courier Coordination

  • Our courier will notify you on the day of delivery to confirm your address and/or ensure someone is available to receive the order.
  • For safety and hygiene reasons, we prefer not to leave packages unattended at your doorstep. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Dubai: From AED 18 (depending on the product ordered, as some items require delivery in a refrigerated van)
  • Other Emirates: AED 33
  • Some of our products such as Limited Edition Treat Box and Organic Bone Brothe are transported in a temperature-controlled cooling van in bulk or when necessary to maintain the quality and freshness of your treats.

Unforeseen delivery delays may occasionally occur due to high order volume or external factors. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email or phone.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Nom Nom UAE is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges applied to your order. Any fees incurred during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
Nom Nom UAE is not liable for lost or damaged shipments. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us and we will investigate the proof of delivery.

International Shipping Policy
At this time, we only ship within the United Arab Emirates and do not offer international shipping.
