All treats need to be sealed tightly and refrigerated to keep them fresh and tasty for longer!
- Introduce each item to your dog slowly, Give 1-2 pieces to your dog at the beginning.
- Must supervise when you feed chews to your dog.
- Dogs instinctively know how to chew their food, but they may get very excited and gulp up their treat very quickly (as some of us humans do)
- For pups that are new to real food, we find it easiest to hold one end of the chew while your pup first tries a chew. Let your pup lick, start to taste the chew and hold it until they begin chewing on it. Repeat this a couple of times with their first chew, and watch them carefully to make sure they are accustomed to chewing before swallowing.
The Pupper Box treats are dehydrated with no additives or preservatives. We use only real meat. Our products are 100% natural. Since our dehydrated dog treats are made from raw ingredients, we recommend that you wash your hands after handling as you would with any raw food.

Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders for Nom Nom boxes close on the 14th of each month for that month's order. Any other orders received after the 14th of each month are automatically processed for the following month's shipping. Nom Nom boxes orders are shipped and delivered on the 28th of each month, we deliver to all areas of the UAE: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Our courier will contact you by phone on the day of delivery to confirm your address and that you'll be home to receive your delivery. Should you not be home, we can organize for your purchase to be left in a safe and secure location, such as with a security guard or neighbor. We prefer not to leave packages at your front door due to safety and hygiene.

Curbside Pick
We offer curbside pick from Jumeirah Village Circle for FREE. Customers can pick the box on the 28th between 2pm and 5:30pm, we will contact the customers to confirm pick up time.
Damages
nomnomuae.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
